She is clocking five (5) years working for FOL along with FOL which is also celebrating its fifth anniversary this year. She graduated in 2009 with a BA in Arts humanities majoring in Drama and Psychology from University of Malawi, Chancellor College. She has worked as a volunteer for Success For Kids (SFK), Environment Africa (EA), built a career in video production and as a Communications and Media Officer for Adolescent Girls Advocacy Network (AGANET) before joining FOL.

She is experienced in digital communication including social media, video shooting, editing and producing effective IEC materials. She was part of the task force that created, translated and published "Breaking the Silence" toolkit as well as producing and directing the Animation video on sexual violence.

Born in a country with a culture that does not encourage the youth especially women to stand and talk about controversial issues, Natalia's goal is to break the silence by story telling, through the social media, producing effective IEC materials and community awareness and using her career in Communication and Public Relations for Development, advocacy, youth media, child protection, prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse as well as social justice.

Her all time favourite food is Nsima with Chambo and therere but also loves Chinese cuisine.
